CANCELLATION POLICY

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to complete the service. If your appointment is able to continue after a 15-minute late arrival, an additional $25 late fee will be added to your service total. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and authorize any applicable fees to be charged to the card on file.
